Walking Walking Walking

I started the morning with a HUGE breakfast...eggs benedict, hash browns and coffee...a trip to the grocery...and then a nice long walk. All told I think it was close to 8 miles at a pretty descent clip! Dinner was at 6pm...so two meals today...and I think I am good with that. Maybe some hot chocolate is in my future. Made my Lays "fried chicken" with roasted potatoes and salad...not the most healthy...but not the worst for me either!

Now...gotta get through the week keeping up with veggies and exercise...even if I just do it a little each day!
