So I weighed in Saturday, down another pound (YIPPEE) but of course yesterday I had to totally sabotage it! Lots to eat, went to bed feeling like CRAP! Although everything was soooo yummy. Pizza, wine, lemon bars...I even ate two pieces of pizza and then wanted a third...waited 20 minutes...and still wanted it. UGH! Probably was the onions! Anyway, today is a new day and I plan to keep on track the rest of the week. I have my regular chili recipe in the crock pot and had fruit for breakfast! So...positive thoughts...hopefully I will be down a pound or maintain this week!
