Back to WW

Yesterday I decided it was time.  I went back to WW.  I need to get the rest of this weight off of me and I need to live like this...and so I returned.  I picked a meeting that will work with my schedule so even if I travel I can still get to a meeting.  I also got new materials so I can feel like I am truly starting over again.  Now I need to add in some good exercise!  When I returned from Ohio I told Tim that I needed to get back on track.  He planned two incredibly yummy meals from the Now and Later WW cookbook!  I am starting to plan the meals for the next week...and I think we will continue to use this cookbook!  I weighed in at 193, so not too bad, down from the last time I was on the scale.  But I have been at 184...so I have gained and if I don't get back on track I will continue to gain!  Wish me luck!
